Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

What do you swear by in fitness?

Not paying for the gym! I try to work out in parks, there are a lot around West London.

What else?

I constantly try to change my workout regime. If not I would hit a wall as far as development and growth.

How about dieting?

I stick to a high protein and low carb lifestyle, trying to double my protein intake with 10% of the normal carb intake (complex carbs). It’s a safe lifestyle of eating healthily, eating six small meals instead of three huge portions a day.

Finally, what is your favourite food to eat?

Protein! I make sure I keep supplements to a minimum, opting for meat and eggs. I often have breakfast for dinner, as it’s full of protein with eggs and sausages.
